Responsibilities

As a Pramusaji, your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Providing prompt and attentive service to customers
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and service areas
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participating in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in your work. You will be required to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to our company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat

• Gender: Male
• Minimum experience: 0 years (we welcome entry-level applicants)
• Skills: Food and beverage service skills, teamwork, basic knowledge of the industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods
