Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned retail outlets by actively promoting Polyton electric motorcycles.
- Execute promotional activities designed by the corporate marketing team, ensuring they are implemented accurately and on schedule in each store.
- Maintain in‑depth product knowledge, staying current on technical specifications, charging infrastructure, and the unique benefits of electric two‑wheelers.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including product display, signage, and store cleanliness according to Polytron SOPs.
- Develop strong, professional relationships with store managers and staff to foster a collaborative sales environment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—covering attendance, sales performance, inventory levels, and any market insights.
- Identify customer feedback and market trends, forwarding actionable insights to the regional sales manager.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide test‑ride demonstrations, and guide potential buyers through the purchasing process.
- Work effectively under pressure, adapting quickly to changing targets or promotional schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: not older than 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or promotional roles, preferably within the automotive or consumer electronics sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and a track record of successful product promotion.
- Professional appearance and a courteous, well‑presented demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and store personnel.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate reporting and inventory management.
- Resilience and the capacity to work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure environments.
