Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Remedial Officer (Collection) to join our dynamic team at the Karawang branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts, supporting the company’s financial health, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of the multifinance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) that are overdue, ensuring all activities are completed within stipulated timelines.
  • Conduct thorough credit monitoring and risk assessment to identify high‑risk accounts and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with delinquent borrowers, employing negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments while preserving customer goodwill.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, providing insights on recovery rates, aging analysis, and trend forecasting to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit approval, sales, and legal departments to align collection actions with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection cycle.
  • Continuously improve collection procedures by incorporating best practices, technology tools, and feedback from field operations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry regulations and collection methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt recovery, or a related collection role (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, resilience, meticulousness, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to work at the Adira Karawang branch office with a schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
