Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring every visit feels personalized and memorable.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the latest fashion trends, product lines, and promotional offers to provide accurate styling advice.
• Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing sales, returns, and exchanges while safeguarding cash handling procedures.
• Monitor stock levels on the floor, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate replenishment with the back‑office team.
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays that align with brand guidelines and drive impulse purchases.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate daily sales reports, track key performance indicators, and assist in forecasting inventory needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up on after‑sales service to foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with fellow sales staff and management to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in regular product training sessions and store meetings to stay updated on new arrivals and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, including fitting rooms, checkout areas, and stock rooms.

Requirements

• Female candidates only; single status preferred.
• Maximum age of 30 years.
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Fashion Retail Associate, or Beauty Advisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer literacy.
• Height of at least 155 cm with a well‑maintained appearance.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime as required.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, a positive attitude, and a passion for fashion.
