Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality multimedia content—including videos, graphics, animations, and photography—for multiple social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars that align with marketing objectives, seasonal trends, and audience insights.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, mentor junior creators, and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all assets.
- Monitor social media metrics, generate performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and events teams to create integrated campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and community outreach.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and new creative tools, then share best practices with the team.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related fields is a strong plus.
