Sopir Distribusi

PT Bahtera Pesat Lintasbuana is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced drivers to join our team as Sopir Distribusi. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various locations in the Surabaya, Rancaekek, and Majalengka areas. Responsibilities

As a Sopir Distribusi, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mengemudikan truk sesuai dengan rute yang telah ditentukan untuk pengiriman barang
• Memastikan barang yang diangkut aman, sesuai jumlah, dan dalam kondisi baik selama perjalanan
• Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap kondisi kendaraan (oli, rem, air radiator, ban, dll)
• Melaporkan kondisi kendaraan kepada bagian teknisi/maintenance bila ditemukan kerusakan atau gejala gangguan
• Memastikan dokumen pengiriman (surat jalan, nota, tanda terima) lengkap dan ditandatangani oleh pihak yang berwenang
• Mengikuti aturan lalu lintas dan peraturan keselamatan kerja saat berkendara
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian kendaraan truk
• Bertanggung jawab atas keamanan kendaraan dan barang selama dalam pengawasan
• Melakukan pencatatan perjalanan dan penggunaan bahan bakar jika dibutuhkan

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent soft skills, including strong communication and teamwork abilities, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 40 Tahun
• Jenis Kelamin: Laki-laki
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun
• Skills: Pembaruan Pengemudi, Keselamatan Lalu Lintas
• Must possess a valid SIM B1 (polos/umum) or B2 license

Preferably, you will have experience working in a similar role and be familiar with the Surabaya, Rancaekek, and Majalengka areas. You must also be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
