Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
• Prepare sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional material tailored to specific market segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling content for social media, in‑store displays, and event activations.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers.
• Participate in trade shows, product launches, and community events to increase brand visibility.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Age: 20 to 28 years old.
• Gender: All genders welcome.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, promotion, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasive negotiation, and basic sales development techniques.
• Personal Traits: Ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude.
• Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
