Spesialis Roti & Pastry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spesialis Roti & Pastry to join our team. As a specialist in bread and pastry, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of delicious and visually appealing products that exceed our customers’ expectations. Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Roti & Pastry, your main duties will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Creating new and innovative recipes to keep our product offerings fresh and exciting
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production targets and meet customer demands
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient production
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills, who is able to work well under pressure and manage their time effectively. You should be flexible and willing to work weekends and national holidays as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat education, with a background in culinary arts or pastry being an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in baking and pastry, with a proven track record of producing high-quality products
• Expertise in making and decorating bread, cakes, and pastries to a high standard
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and national holidays
