We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) to join our dynamic team for the SPG POSKO Mudik 2026 campaign in Kabupaten Wajo. This seasonal position is designed for motivated women who thrive in fast‑paced retail environments, love interacting with customers, and are eager to contribute to the success of one of the region’s most recognized promotional events. As an SPG, you will be the face of our brand, representing a trusted government‑backed program that supports local businesses and helps travelers prepare for the annual mudik (home‑coming) season.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at designated POSKO (Point of Sale and Knowledge Outlet) locations, providing product information, answering queries, and guiding purchase decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales booth, ensuring all promotional materials are displayed correctly.
• Achieve daily sales targets by proactively upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
• Collect and record customer feedback, sales data, and inventory levels using handheld devices or paper logs.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to set up and tear down booths during high‑traffic periods such as market days and community festivals.
• Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product features, pricing changes, and promotional offers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines at all times.
• Report any issues or customer concerns to the site supervisor promptly, facilitating quick resolution.

Requirements

• Female candidates aged 18–28 years.
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Professional appearance with a friendly and communicative demeanor.
• Strong confidence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Previous experience in SPG, retail, or event promotion is a plus.
• Willingness to meet daily activity targets and work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for data entry.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; local dialect knowledge is advantageous.
