Staf HRGA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Staf HRGA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office and store. Responsibilities

As a Staf HRGA, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Mengelola proses rekrutmen end-to-end sesuai kebutuhan operasional, ensuring that all recruitment processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Menyiapkan administrasi karyawan (kontrak, offering, onboarding), including preparing and managing employee contracts, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Memastikan pemenuhan kebutuhan manpower (MPP) secara tepat waktu, ensuring that all manpower needs are met on time.
• Mengelola kebutuhan operasional kantor & store (GA), including managing the operational needs of our office and store.
• Menangani koordinasi purchasing dan vendor untuk kebutuhan operasional, including coordinating with vendors and purchasing teams to meet operational needs.
• Memastikan fasilitas kantor & store berjalan dengan baik (maintenance & support), ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and supported.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional, including coordinating with internal teams to support operational smoothness.

In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, recruitment metrics, and operational reports. You will also be expected to analyze data and provide insights to support HR and business decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1, with a degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 tahun, with at least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related field.
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin, with no gender restrictions.
• Usia: Maksimal Tidak ada batas usia Tahun, with no age limit.
• Skills: Administrasi, Analisis, Manajemen Aset, Arsip Elektronik, Pengawasan Legalitas, Arsip Manual, Manajemen Pembelian, Manajemen Proses Rekrutmen, with proficiency in HR administration, analysis, asset management, electronic archiving, legal compliance, manual archiving, procurement management, and recruitment process management.

In addition to these requirements, you will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors. You will also need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
