Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, answer menu‑related questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure that each dish is presented according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Monitor tables throughout service, anticipate guests’ needs, and respond swiftly to requests for refills, additional items, or special accommodations.
• Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while maintaining strict cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee smooth order flow and timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring dining spaces adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Upsell specials, promotions, and add‑on items to increase average check value and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to management when necessary.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
• Friendly, courteous, and highly responsive attitude toward guests.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper handling of allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Team‑player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues during peak service periods.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
