In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing periodic reports, and ensuring full compliance with all tax obligations. Responsibilities
- Record all company financial transactions in the accounting system with precision and proper documentation.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of cash balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash‑flow reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting schedules.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring that invoices are issued and payments are collected or settled within agreed terms.
- Calculate, remit, and report corporate taxes such as PPh, PPN, and regional taxes, adhering to the latest regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, providing variance analysis and supporting data for strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audit periods, supplying required documentation and explanations.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables) to analyze large data sets and generate insightful financial dashboards.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting software and tax reporting tools.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing clear explanations of financial data and assisting in cross‑departmental projects.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting or tax functions.
- Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in corporate tax regulations, including calculation and filing of PPh and PPN.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: formulas, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables.
- Familiarity with tax reporting applications or ERP accounting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate coordination across departments.
- High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new financial tools and regulatory updates.
