Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Air Conditioning System Technician (Teknisi Sistem Pendingin Udara) to join our growing service team in Banjarmasin. This full‑time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from IDR 2,500,000 to IDR 3,000,000 and provides an opportunity to develop hands‑on expertise in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) maintenance and repair within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance of residential and commercial air‑conditioning units.
Disassemble, diagnose, and reassemble AC components—including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines—to resolve mechanical or electrical faults.
Conduct on‑site installation of new air‑conditioning systems, ensuring correct mounting, refrigerant charging, and proper electrical connections.
Provide timely help‑desk support for customers, answering technical queries, scheduling service visits, and documenting service reports.
Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts, tools, and consumables, and request re‑stock when necessary.
Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and follow local environmental regulations regarding refrigerant handling.
Collaborate with supervisors and other technicians to share knowledge, improve service processes, and uphold high standards of workmanship.

Requirements

Male candidate, aged between 20 and 35 years.
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Good physical health and the ability to lift heavy equipment safely.
Proven competence in cleaning, disassembly, and re‑assembly of air‑conditioner units.
Strong work ethic: quick‑thinking, diligent, honest, and disciplined.
Resides in or is willing to relocate to Banjarmasin.
Owns a reliable automatic motorcycle for daily travel to client sites.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use help‑desk ticketing systems.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a customer‑focused attitude.
