We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pramu Niaga. Responsibilities

As a Pramu Niaga, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participating in visual merchandising and store displays
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing circumstances.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a minimum of SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Be no older than 24 years old
• Be a non-smoker
• Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Be honest, hardworking, diligent, and skilled
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work in a team environment and be adaptable to changing circumstances

In terms of skills, you will need to have a good understanding of store management systems and be able to use technology to manage inventory and process transactions. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
