Staf Dapur

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food preparation. Responsibilities

As a Staf Dapur, your duties will include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard of quality and presentation
• Assisting with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen maintenance
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and resolving any issues promptly
• Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling kitchen costs
• Developing and implementing new menu ideas, recipes, and cooking techniques to improve kitchen operations
• Participating in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to achieve kitchen goals and objectives

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applicants of all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (we are an equal opportunities employer)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no experience necessary, as training will be provided)
• Aktif di media sosial merupakan nilai plus (being active on social media is an advantage)
• Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim (ability to work effectively in a team)
• Diutamakan yang berpengalaman (experience is preferred, but not essential)
• Memiliki komunikasi dan problem solving (excellent communication and problem-solving skills)
• Mengoperasikan Peralatan Dapur (ability to operate kitchen equipment)
