Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Field Coordinator to join our growing team in Jember. This pivotal role focuses on the recruitment, onboarding, and daily coordination of couriers and sorters for our high‑volume hub operations. As a key liaison between our clients, hub managers, and the talent pool, you will ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time, supporting seamless last‑mile delivery services across the region.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and forecast the daily and weekly courier demand for the Jember hub, using historical data and client projections.
- Source, screen, and interview potential courier and sorter candidates through job portals, social media, and community outreach.
- Maintain a talent pipeline by conducting regular talent pool reviews and updating candidate statuses in the recruitment system.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including document verification, motorbike registration, and technology setup.
- Ensure punctual attendance of recruited couriers by managing shift schedules, attendance logs, and contingency staffing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding staffing needs, performance expectations, and service level agreements.
- Utilize Android smartphones (minimum 4 GB RAM) and relevant recruitment apps to track candidate progress and generate reports.
- Collaborate with hub supervisors to align staffing plans with operational targets and peak period requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and training completions for continuous improvement.
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment by reinforcing company policies and local transportation regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field.
- Age range: 18‑45 years, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce planning, preferably within logistics or e‑commerce.
- Proven ability to recruit, interview, and assess candidates for high‑turnover roles such as couriers and sorters.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid driver’s license for local travel.
- Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM; familiarity with recruitment and communication apps is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Competence in using social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.
- Additional technical skill: basic knowledge of 3ds Max is a plus, demonstrating versatility in handling visual content for recruitment campaigns.
