Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Pemasaran dan Penjualan, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners in the travel, restaurant, and hotel industries
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of discipline and commitment to achieving results. You will also be required to travel for business, both within and outside of the city, and to be active on social media and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3/D4 education
• Maximum age of 40 years (or 45 years with 5 years of experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (or 5 years with a higher level of experience)
• Experience in the travel, restaurant, and hotel industries
• Active on social media and with a wide range of relationships and networks
• High level of discipline and commitment to achieving results
• Willingness to travel for business, both within and outside of the city
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on strategy and results

In terms of soft skills, you will need to be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will also need to be highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales and marketing goals.
