We are seeking a motivated and physically fit Karyawan Toko Ban Mobil to join our dedicated team of automotive professionals. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic retail environment, providing expert tire services to a diverse customer base. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and the opportunity to grow within the tire industry while delivering top‑notch service and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Perform the complete cycle of tire mounting, balancing, and dismounting on a wide range of passenger and light‑truck vehicles.
- Conduct thorough tire inspections, including tread depth measurement, pressure checks, and visual assessment for damage or wear.
- Provide accurate product recommendations and consult customers on the most suitable tire models based on vehicle specifications, driving habits, and budget.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, ensuring that all tools and equipment are calibrated and stored correctly.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and updating the store’s management system.
- Drive company or personal vehicles to deliver tires to customers when required, adhering to all traffic regulations and possessing a valid SIM A.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of emerging tire technologies, seasonal product lines, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless hand‑over of technical information and to support promotional activities.
- Document all service work in the store’s management software, ensuring traceability and compliance with warranty procedures.
Requirements
- Male candidate, minimum education: SMK/STM or higher (preferably D3/D4).
- Excellent physical health and mental resilience to handle manual lifting and fast‑paced work.
- Strong work ethic, high motivation, and a genuine curiosity for automotive technology.
- Minimum of 0‑2 years experience in tire mounting, balancing, and repair; prior experience in a tire shop is highly valued.
- Proficiency in checking tire condition, pressure, and performing replacements efficiently and safely.
- Ability to operate a vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) – preferred.
- Effective communication skills for customer consultation and teamwork.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems and inventory control.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and willingness to attend periodic training sessions.
