We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guru IPA to join our team at Gama Privat Indonesia. Responsibilities

As a Guru IPA, your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans to students
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth
• Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs
• Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in education
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of student progress and development
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of education

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a team, contribute to the development of the school, and participate in school events and activities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Science, or Education)
• Minimum 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Female candidates only
• Maximum 0 years of age (open to all age groups)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education and inspiring students to reach their full potential
• Willingness to follow and implement school rules and regulations
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
• Ownership of a motor vehicle and an active Instagram account (follow gamaprivat_indo and gamaprivat_lpg)
