Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with corporate objectives and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across restaurants, catering services, and institutional clients.
  • Lead a cross‑functional team of sales representatives, marketing coordinators, and promotional staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure offerings meet market demands and are positioned effectively.
  • Manage the budgeting process for sales campaigns, advertising spend, and promotional events, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and KPI dashboards for senior management review.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and social media initiatives that reinforce brand identity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Organize and represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Tata Boga (Culinary Arts) is highly preferred.
  • Work experience: At least 1‑2 years in sales, marketing, or related fields; prior experience in the food‑service or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Core competencies: Strong work ethic, perseverance, honesty, and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Personal attributes: Creative problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Availability: Willing to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional attendance at evening events or weekend promotions.
