Introduction

This front‑line position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and serve a variety of meals and beverages in accordance with standardized recipes and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitization of equipment, utensils, and service areas.
  • Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels, reporting shortages, and helping with restocking procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operation during peak service hours.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing inquiries and handling special requests with professionalism.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and waste disposal practices.
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
  • Support team members by offering assistance during busy periods, fostering a cooperative and positive work environment.
  • Record and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 29 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; diversity is welcomed.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and strong work discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
  • Commitment to regular attendance and punctuality; candidates must not be enrolled in any academic program during employment.
  • Strong personal values, including regular religious observance (Rajin Beribadah) as aligned with the company’s cultural environment.
  • Basic proficiency in handling kitchen equipment and familiarity with safety protocols.
