Responsibilities

As a Petugas Akun Ngawi Kota, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Mencari prospek nasabah baru sesuai rencana bisnis & target penjualan produk pinjaman kelompok (Identifying new customer prospects in line with business plans and group loan sales targets)
  • Melakukan evaluasi karakter & kemampuan finansial mitra (Conducting evaluations of partner character and financial capabilities)
  • Monitoring angsuran mingguan (Monitoring weekly installments)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent)
  • Usia: Maksimal 33 Tahun (Age: Maximum 33 years old)
  • Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (Gender: All genders)
  • Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (Experience: Minimum 0 years)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jujur, disiplin dan teliti (Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline, and attention to detail)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be willing to work in the field and have a strong ability to work independently
  • Memiliki SIM C (boleh menyusul), dan kendaraan pribadi (Having a driver’s license and personal vehicle is an advantage)
