This entry‑level to early‑career position offers a dynamic environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all payments are received within stipulated deadlines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency reports to identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize collection actions.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and underwriting teams to verify account information, resolve disputes, and update customer records accurately.
- Prepare and present regular collection performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, recovery rates, and any escalated issues.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations, documenting all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in developing and refining collection strategies, including the use of digital payment reminders and automated workflow tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing borrower concerns, offering feasible repayment solutions, and preserving the company’s reputation.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, 1 + year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial role is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age limit: 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Ability to adapt quickly to sales‑driven environments and meet strict collection targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
