We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staf Pengawas Gudang to join our team. As a warehouse supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

As a Staf Pengawas Gudang, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular checks on all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and quality
• Performing weekly or monthly stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Ensuring that all goods are stored in a safe and secure manner, and that damages are minimized
• Reporting inventory data on a regular basis to management
• Maintaining a high level of communication with the warehouse team, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Implementing and maintaining efficient warehouse management systems and processes
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve common goals, and to contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
• Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
• Strong warehouse management and logistics skills, including knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to work in Surabaya
