As an Assistant Baker, you will work closely with senior bakers and the production manager, supporting daily operations while learning advanced baking methods. Responsibilities

• Assist senior bakers in preparing dough, batter, and fillings according to standardized recipes.
• Measure, mix, and knead ingredients with precision, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Operate ovens, proofing cabinets, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures, adjusting as needed to achieve optimal texture and flavor.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, labeling ingredients, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to fulfill special orders and respond to customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate production logs, documenting batch numbers, yields, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting recipe tweaks or workflow enhancements.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies, including proper handling of allergens.

Requirements

• Male applicant, aged 35 years or younger.
• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a bakery or similar food‑production setting.
• Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and loyalty to the employer.
• Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and scaling recipes.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive motions.
• Passion for baking and a desire to develop professional culinary skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) is a plus.
