We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kepala Bakeri dan Pastry to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for developing and creating new bakery and cookie products that meet the latest market trends and consumer needs. Responsibilities

As a Kepala Bakeri dan Pastry, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and creating new bakery and cookie products that meet the latest market trends and consumer needs
• Creating new flavor variants, textures, and formulations that are competitive and meet company standards
• Conducting testing of raw materials, formulations, and finished products to ensure quality, taste, and stability
• Evaluating existing products to improve taste, color, aroma, texture, and shelf life
• Conducting research on competitor products to identify competitive advantages
• Preparing product samples and collecting feedback from consumers for new and existing products
• Coordinating with production, marketing, and quality control teams to ensure the successful implementation of new products
• Evaluating existing products to improve taste, shelf life, and production efficiency
• Providing a portfolio of product creation results

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work closely with the production team to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and that all food safety and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, or Hotel Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in the bakery or cookies industry
• Knowledge of product formulation, raw material analysis, and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, or ISO 22000)
• Ability to develop new products and improve existing ones, and to present products in a professional manner
• Understanding of methods and materials for extending the shelf life of bakery and cookie products
• Creative, innovative, and analytical thinking skills to solve problems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to be based in Surabaya Barat

Additionally, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
