Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, hallways, restrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
Maintain floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot‑cleaning spills promptly.
Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste in compliance with local regulations.
Restock sanitary supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to guarantee continuous availability.
Conduct routine inspections of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to identify any damage or maintenance needs, reporting them to the supervisor.
Follow health and safety protocols, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals, personal protective equipment, and proper ventilation.
Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing.
Maintain a tidy cleaning supply closet, keeping inventory organized and notifying management when stock runs low.
Collaborate with other facility staff to coordinate cleaning schedules around meetings, events, and special activities.
Document daily activities and any incidents in a logbook, providing transparent communication to the site manager.

Requirements

Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
At least 1 year of proven experience as a cleaning service personnel, office boy, or similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and proper handling of cleaning equipment.
Residency in Balongbendo or nearby neighborhoods to ensure reliable punctuality.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all building occupants.
