Staf Lantai

Responsibilities

As a Staf Lantai, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Melayani tamu dengan sopan dan profesional (Serving guests with courtesy and professionalism)
• Membantu kelancaran operasional di area dining (Assisting with the smooth operation of the dining area)
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian meja tamu serta area kerja (Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the guest tables and work area)

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to work collaboratively as part of a team, be flexible and adaptable, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 27 tahun (Male/Female, maximum age 27 years)
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent)
• Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi serupa (restaurant/café) (Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role)
• Ramah, komunikatif, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan (Friendly, communicative, and customer-service oriented)
• Mampu bekerja cepat, rapi, dan dalam tim (Able to work quickly, neatly, and as part of a team)
• Bersedia bekerja shift, termasuk akhir pekan (Willing to work shifts, including weekends)

In terms of skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
