Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Manajemen Acara, your typical duties will include:

• Planning and coordinating events, such as weddings, conferences, and social gatherings
• Conducting site visits and meetings with clients to discuss event details and preferences
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Developing and managing event budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyzing event feedback and implementing improvements to enhance future events and activities

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for individuals with excellent soft skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and time management. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism, or events management
• Currently enrolled in an internship program from school/university, with a strong interest in the hospitality industry
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Well-groomed and professional appearance, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Able to work independently and in a team, with a disciplined and responsible approach to your work
• Willing to commit to the internship period based on company requirements, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
