Introduction

We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Motoris in the Jasinga region. This frontline role focuses on promoting and selling motorbike products and services to a diverse customer base throughout the area. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, providing ample opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while developing a rewarding career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential customers within the Jasinga territory to generate new sales leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, highlighting key features, safety benefits, and financing options.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional offers to close sales while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest motorbike models, accessories, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback using a smartphone or tablet.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including warranty assistance, service scheduling, and follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager and marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotional events.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation, contracts, and inventory records are accurately completed and filed.
  • Utilize digital tools and social media platforms to expand the brand’s presence and attract online inquiries.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
  • Strong desire and commitment to a career in sales, with a focus on automotive products.
  • Proficiency in using Android smartphones, tablets, and basic office applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self‑discipline, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in the field.
