We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teknisi Mesin Industri to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Teknisi Mesin Industri, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Conducting routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Using electrical and argon welding equipment to perform repairs and modifications to machinery and equipment
• Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong soft skills, including:

• Ketelitian (attention to detail) and disiplin (discipline) in your work
• Jujur (honesty) and integrity in your interactions with colleagues and management
• Proaktif (proactivity) in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal D3/D4 (minimum education: diploma or equivalent)
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (age: maximum 0 years, or open to all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (gender: all genders welcome)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun (minimum experience: 1 year in a related field)
• Skills: Pemeliharaan Otomotif (automotive maintenance) and experience with Las Listrik & Argon (electrical and argon welding)

In addition to these formal requirements, we are looking for candidates who are:

• Siap melakukan pekerjaan dengan mobilitas tinggi & kerja overtime (Lembur) (willing to work with high mobility and overtime)
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik (have good communication skills)
• Penempatan di jombang (willing to work in Jombang)
