Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our quality standards
• Identifying and addressing any quality control issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure that quality control standards are met and exceeded
• Providing training and support to staff on quality control procedures and protocols
• Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results

In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong soft skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal D3/S1 in any field of study
• Active English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of quality control principles and practices in a manufacturing environment
• Awareness of and commitment to occupational health and safety (K3) principles
• Willingness to be placed in Kab. Grobogan
• Minimal 0 years of experience, but a strong passion for quality control and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
