We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spesialis Dukungan Teknologi Informasi to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Dukungan Teknologi Informasi, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, networks, CCTV, and other supporting devices.
• Providing daily technical support (troubleshooting) to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensuring the stability of our outlet’s operational systems, including POS, internet, and printer systems.
• Monitoring and maintaining our network (LAN, WiFi) in the office and outlets.
• Managing user accounts, system access, and basic data security.
• Coordinating with IT vendors, internet providers, and system providers as needed.
• Creating simple documentation related to the use of IT systems and equipment.
• Reporting IT issues and providing recommendations for improvement or system upgrades.
• Providing on-site and remote support to outlets as needed.

In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with our team, communicate effectively with non-IT users, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in your work.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: D3/D4 or equivalent.
• Age: No age limit.

• Minimum experience: 2 years in a related field, preferably in retail.
