Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Pencucian Motor Profesional to join our dynamic automotive service team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring every motorbike that leaves our workshop shines with pristine cleanliness and reflects the high standards of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to teamwork, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and detail motorcycles, including washing, drying, polishing, and waxing all surfaces.
Inspect each vehicle for dirt, grime, or damage before and after cleaning, reporting any issues to the service supervisor.
Maintain an organized workspace by arranging cleaning tools, chemicals, and protective equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, and polishing machines, ensuring they are in good working order.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, reorder stock when necessary, and keep accurate records using the store management system.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering basic questions about the cleaning process and offering recommendations for additional services.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily workload targets and support peak‑time operations, especially during weekends.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and product innovations.

Requirements

Male candidates only (Laki‑laki).
Maximum age of 30 years.
Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
Demonstrated responsibility, honesty, and discipline in previous work or academic settings.
Strong ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
Basic understanding of a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is advantageous.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
