Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Minuman Kopi, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store atmosphere
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee products, including coffee beans, roasting methods, and brewing techniques
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment, including participating in team meetings, providing feedback, and assisting with training and development

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency. You will also be required to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no minimum experience required, but experience in the field is preferred)
• Keterampilan Barista (barista skills)
• Komunikatif (good communication skills)
• Jujur dan bertanggung jawab (honest and responsible)
• Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim maupun individu (able to work in a team or individually)
• Bekerja dibawah tekanan (able to work under pressure)
