We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Food and Beverage department. Responsibilities

As an intern in our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working effectively as part of a team, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Your duties may include assisting with food and beverage preparation, serving guests, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department. You will also have the opportunity to participate in intern sessions with our Executive Leaders and receive in-house training to develop your skills and knowledge.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, including good communication skills, a well-groomed appearance, and a positive attitude
• Assist with food and beverage preparation, serving guests, and handling customer inquiries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the department, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualities, including good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You should also be willing to commit to the internship period and be interested in the hospitality industry. The following requirements are essential for this role:

• Male/Female, with a minimum education level of Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Currently enrolled in an internship program from school/university
• Interested in the hospitality industry, based on the applied department
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• A well-groomed and professional appearance, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team, with a high level of discipline and responsibility
