Responsibilities

As a Kasir Toko, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Handling cash and credit transactions, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding environment
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
• Participating in visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a high level of store presentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (Minimum high school diploma or equivalent)
• Usia: Maksimal 27 tahun (Maximum age of 27 years old)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (Female)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun (Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier)
• Skills: Sistem Kasir (Point-of-sale system), communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Domisili Makassar dan sekitarnya (Resident of Makassar and surrounding areas)
• Bisa mengendarai motor dan memiliki Sim C (Ability to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license)
