Koki Crepe

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Koki Crepe to join our team. As a Koki Crepe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking crepes to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is of exceptional quality. Responsibilities

As a Koki Crepe, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking crepes to the highest standards, using a variety of ingredients and fillings
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Managing inventory and stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing usage
• Utilizing Ms. Office to manage inventory and track sales
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes
• Developing and implementing new recipes and menu ideas, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and resolving any issues that may arise

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other team members, communicating effectively and building strong relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (we are an equal opportunities employer)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates with little or no experience, as full training will be provided)
• Mengoperasikan Peralatan Dapur (ability to operate kitchen equipment)
• Memahami pembuatan adonan dan proses memasak Crepes (understanding of crepe batter preparation and cooking process)
• Memahami sistem inventory dan Ms. Office (understanding of inventory systems and Ms. Office)

In addition to these requirements, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
