Spesialis Kopi

Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Kopi, your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for working effectively in a team environment, taking orders, and handling cash transactions. Additionally, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations, such as high volumes of customers or unexpected equipment issues.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
• Take orders, handle cash transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system
• Adapt to changing situations, such as high volumes of customers or unexpected equipment issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in coffee preparation and customer service. You should be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 6 bulan di bidang terkait (at least 6 months of experience in a related field)
• Skills: Keterampilan Barista (barista skills), including knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
• Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab (honest, disciplined, and responsible)
• Mampu bekerja dalam tim (able to work in a team)
• Bersedia bekerja sistem shift (willing to work shift schedules)
