Responsibilities

As a Pengembang Bisnis, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth. Your key duties will include:

• Conducting marketing and sales activities to promote our products to potential clients
• Identifying and developing new sales prospects in assigned areas
• Conducting direct sales calls and product presentations to clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Following up with clients to ensure sales targets are met
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company
• Preparing and submitting sales reports and activity logs
• Collaborating with relevant teams to support the sales process

In addition to these duties, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to continuously improve your sales and marketing skills to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum D3/D4 education
• Maximum age of 35 years
• Preferred experience in marketing or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and neat appearance
• Willingness to work in assigned locations
• Ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
