Kepala Bidan Profesional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kepala Bidan Profesional to join our team. As a leader in the field of midwifery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and guidance to our patients. Responsibilities

As a Kepala Bidan Profesional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of midwives, and contributing to the development of our midwifery services. Your duties will include:

• Providing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to patients
• Conducting routine check-ups and examinations
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Mentoring and supporting junior midwives
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to the development of our midwifery services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal D3/D4 in midwifery or a related field
• Usia: Maksimal Tidak ada batas usia Tahun (no age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (female)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun of experience in midwifery
• Skill: ACLS, 3D Max, 3ds Max, ADC, AVR, Ableton Live, Adaptasi Cepat (note: some of these skills may not be directly related to midwifery, but may be useful in a healthcare setting)

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
