Responsibilities

As a Staf Outlet Rumah Sakit, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations to customers, and promoting our products and services
• Participating in visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and be adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 30 Tahun
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun, however, experience in the FnB (Bakery) industry is highly valued
• Skills: Sistem Manajemen Toko, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
