Staf Kasir

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Staf Kasir. Responsibilities

As a Staf Kasir, your main duties will include:

• Handling cash transactions, including receiving and processing payments, and operating a cash register
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in your work, including balancing cash registers and processing transactions
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding environment
• Performing other duties as required, including assisting with visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and participating in training and development programs

In addition to these duties, you will be expected to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and be available to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Maximum 25 years of age
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on providing exceptional service
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends

In addition to these requirements, you will need to possess excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, and be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
