We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Spesialis Promosi Penjualan to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
As a Spesialis Promosi Penjualan, your main responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling our products to customers through various channels, including retail direct selling and canvassing
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives, and sharing best practices and knowledge to continuously improve sales performance
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team, be flexible and adaptable, and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Age: Maximum 30 years old
- Gender: All genders welcome to apply
- Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience, although experience in retail direct selling or a related field is an advantage
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a team, and strong orientation towards targets and results
- Other requirements: Attractive and confident appearance, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong discipline and responsibility
