Petugas Penagihan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Petugas Penagihan to join our team at Adira Finance. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the timely execution of collection activities (A/R Overdue). Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the timely execution of collection activities (A/R Overdue). This will involve developing and implementing effective collection strategies, negotiating with customers, and ensuring that all collection activities are conducted in a professional and courteous manner. Key responsibilities will include:

• Mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya kegiatan penagihan (A/R Overdue) secara tepat waktu
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts
• Negotiating with customers to resolve outstanding debts and arranging payment plans as necessary
• Conducting thorough investigations into customer accounts to identify the root cause of outstanding debts
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/D4
• Maksimal usia 30 tahun
• Jenis Kelamin: Laki-laki
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Pemantauan Kredit, Proses Kredit, Proses Penagihan Utang, Keterampilan Komunikasi Antarpersonal
• Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target
• Memiliki kegiatan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik, negosiasi, integritas, ulet, teliti, dan jujur

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
