Kasir BSD

Responsibilities

As a Kasir, your primary responsibilities will include operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You will also be required to work effectively as part of a team, providing support to colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Other key responsibilities will include:

• Processing cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and speed
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area
• Working effectively as part of a team, providing support to colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• Meeting sales and service targets, and contributing to the achievement of team goals and objectives

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and be available to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field, such as retail or hospitality
• Professional attitude and excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to work shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Responsible and able to work under pressure, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Gender: All genders welcome to apply
• Minimum experience: 2 years
• Skills: Proficient in Sistem Kasir (Cashier System) and other relevant software applications

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
