We are currently opening recruitment for the position of Field Agent (Field Collector) in the OGAN ILIR area. As a Field Agent, you will play a crucial role in visiting customers’ homes to conduct direct collection activities for customers who are late in paying their credit installments. Responsibilities

As a Field Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Visiting customers’ homes to conduct direct collection activities for customers who are late in paying their credit installments
• Achieving monthly collection targets
• Achieving daily visit targets
• Conducting the collection process in accordance with applicable procedures
• Being willing to work in the field (visiting customers’ homes)
• Being ready to work with targets

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in your interactions with customers, and to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the changing needs of the business.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA/Paket C
• Maximum age: No age limit
• Gender: All genders
• Minimum experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license
• Possession of an Android smartphone (minimum Android 8)
• Prior experience in field collection is preferred, but not required

As a Field Agent, you will be expected to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the changing needs of the business.
