Spesialis Kasir

Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Kasir, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting sales targets
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Following company SOPs and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding areas
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote products
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and making recommendations to customers

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and be flexible with your schedule as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Age: Minimum 18 years old, maximum 25 years old
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience, but prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Skills: Proficient in using cash register systems and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to follow company SOPs and procedures

Preferred candidates will have a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
