Koki Profesional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Koki Profesional to join our team. As a professional chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, including Indonesian, Chinese, and Western cuisine. Responsibilities

As a Koki Profesional, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking meals for our customers, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Developing and implementing new recipes and menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils
• Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

In addition to these technical skills, we are also looking for a candidate with excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work well under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Age: Minimum 35 years old
• Male candidates are preferred, but we welcome applications from all genders
• Ability to cook a wide range of dishes, including Indonesian, Chinese, and Western cuisine
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Active SKCK (Police Certificate)
• Experience as a chef is preferred, but not essential
