Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Expanding ONPOINT business strategically through B2B cooperation across all segments, including sports centers (gym, pilates, yoga, etc.), physio centers, and sports retail shops.
• Acquiring and incubating B2B partners to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
• Developing short-term (tactical) and long-term plans together with the C-level to achieve company targets.
• Coordinating needs and requirements across different teams, utilizing your excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, possessing great flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Your strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically will be essential in driving business development and partnerships.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or partnership in the Sports or FMCG related industries.
• Proven experience in expanding business through partnerships, co-marketing, co-branding, or developing reseller programs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate needs and requirements across different teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possessing great flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Prior experience in the sports industry is highly desirable, with a passion for sports being a definite advantage.
